Ordering a test
Choose your kit online. Delivered discreetly. You can add individual tests to any health bundle. Where medically and operationally suitable, compatible tests may be combined into one collection kit.
Receiving your kit
Simple finger-prick sample at home. Kits are delivered to UK addresses in discreet packaging.
Collecting your sample
Most tests are best collected in the morning before eating. Stay well hydrated the day before. Specific timing advice is included with your kit where relevant.
Returning your sample
Collect your sample and return it using the prepaid tracked packaging provided. No additional postage is required.
Laboratory analysis
Samples are analysed by our partner, The Doctors Laboratory (TDL) — a UKAS-accredited medical laboratory (No. 8812) operating to ISO 15189:2022 standards. Your report is then delivered securely to you by email.
Receiving results
Most results are delivered within 24–72 hours of the laboratory receiving and accepting a suitable sample. Some specialist tests may take longer. Times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by sample quality, repeat testing, weekends, bank holidays and laboratory workload. Receive secure, laboratory-reviewed results by email.
Privacy and support
Your health data is stored securely and handled in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Only you and those you authorise can access your results. If a result is outside the normal range, flagged results are clearly marked on your report. We recommend discussing all results with your GP or an appropriate healthcare professional.
