Samples are analysed by our partner, The Doctors Laboratory (TDL) — a UKAS-accredited medical laboratory (No. 8812) operating to ISO 15189:2022 standards. Your report is then delivered securely to you by email.

When will I receive my results?

Most results are delivered within 24–72 hours of the laboratory receiving and accepting a suitable sample. Some specialist tests may take longer. Times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by sample quality, repeat testing, weekends, bank holidays and laboratory workload.

What if a result is outside the normal range?

Flagged results are clearly marked on your report. We recommend discussing all results with your GP or an appropriate healthcare professional.

Can I add more tests to a bundle?

Yes. You can add individual tests from any category. Where medically and operationally suitable, compatible tests may be combined into one collection kit.

Is my data kept private?

Your health data is stored securely and handled in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Only you and those you authorise can access your results.
